Who we are

8puzzles is a family of free daily logic-puzzle games made by Infinity Puzzles Co. This policy covers the showcase site at 8puzzles.co and, in summary form, the games it links to: 8crowns.com, 8pippy.com, 8zippy.com, 8climb.com, 8wend.com, 8patches.com, 8flowy.com, and 8connection. Each game also publishes its own privacy policy on its site with game-specific details.

What we collect

Browsing the site or playing without an account: gameplay progress and settings are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device. We don't require an account to play.

If you sign in with Google: we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We use them to create your player profile, show your name and photo on leaderboards you choose to join, and keep your profile consistent across our games. Authentication is handled by Supabase, our sign-in and database provider.

If you buy a premium upgrade in a game: payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only the purchase status linked to your account.

Analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics to understand how the sites are used in aggregate. Free versions of the games may show ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies of its own. See each game's cookie policy for details and choices.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers named above (Supabase, Stripe, Google) as needed to run the games.

Your choices

You can play every game without signing in. Signing out removes the session from your device. To delete your account and the data linked to it, email us and we'll take care of it.
